Privacy Policy — F3Scale Looper

This policy explains what information Looper (built by F3Scale) collects, why, and how it's handled. Looper is currently in beta — this policy will be updated as the product changes, and we'll date every revision.

Who we are

Looper is made by F3Scale. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, reach us directly at support@f3scale.com.

What we collect

Data	Why
Email address	Account creation and sign-in (magic-link authentication)
Full name	Shown to your teammates on shared Missions, so credit for finished work has a real name attached
Mission & Loop content	Whatever you and your team create in the app — mission names, loop names, descriptions, notes — to run the app's core function
Activity & points data	Tracks completed work and role assignments so progress and credit are accurate
Email addresses you invite	Only when you invite someone to a Mission — used solely to deliver that invite

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any data beyond what's needed to run the app.

What we don't do

No ads, no ad tracking, no data sale. Looper has no advertising SDKs, no analytics or crash-reporting trackers, and no third-party marketing integrations of any kind as of this writing. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers — there's nothing here for advertisers to buy.

Who can see your data

Your teammates — members of a Mission you belong to can see your name, role, and the points/credit tied to work you've completed inside that Mission. This is core to how Looper works, not an optional sharing setting.
Supabase, our backend infrastructure provider, which hosts our database, authentication, and real-time sync. They process data on our behalf under their own security practices — we don't share access with anyone beyond that.
Nobody else. We don't share your data with data brokers, advertisers, or any other third party.

How your data is protected

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with row-level security rules that scope access to your own account and the Missions you're actually part of. As with any beta software, treat it as a work in progress — if you ever notice something that looks like a security issue, please tell us at support@f3scale.com right away.

Your choices

Access or correct your data — email us and we'll help directly.
Delete your account — Looper doesn't yet have a self-service delete option inside the app. Email support@f3scale.com and we'll remove your account and personal data, keeping only what we're required to for Missions you shared with a team (e.g., a completed Loop's record stays so your teammates' own history isn't broken, but it's disassociated from your personal identity on request).
Leave a Mission — you can leave any Mission directly inside the app at any time.

Children's privacy

Looper is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters — what we collect, who we share it with — we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be communicated directly to users where possible.
